I hope everyone is getting excited about the new school year! I wanted to share that Meet the Teacher will be on August 24th from 1:30 to 3:30pm. This is an informal drop in event, you do not need to be here the whole time. Just stop by and meet me, Mrs. Keith and Mr. Edwards. We look forward to meeting everyone!
If you have already purchased school supplies and would like to bring them on the 24th please do! You can drop them off when we meet. If you would like to send them on the first day or even the following week that works too. I have everything the students need for the very first day.
If you are finding school supplies too costly right now PLEASE do not feel you have to purchase everything on the list. Send what you can! We are very lucky to have extra supplies provided by companies in our area. Purchase only what you feel you can contribute at this time. I know there will be other opportunities throughout the year to contribute.

If you would like to purchase additional materials for students that might be in need in our classroom or throughout our building feel free to drop those off when you come to visit! A successful school community takes everyone giving what they can and helping each other!! What a great example to set for our children.
