Field Trip!!

Our students had a great time going to the Charlotte Nature Museum on Tuesday April 20th. The got to see turtles, snakes, butterflies, possums and even a skunk! Plus many other insects and reptiles. 

The students participated in a class about baby animals then toured Insect Alley and Creature Cavern. They also walked through the Butterfly House! 

Even with all the technology in our classroom you just can't beat the experience of a field trip! Everyone had a great time and was worn out by the time the trip was over. (I could have used a nap too.) Thanks to Target for our field trip grant of $800 that made this trip possible!
